Out of projectors for 4 years, now shocked by the low prices for decent 1080p setups Ive bought 2 Sanyo PLV Z700's and got thinking of this: - Buy 2 more, mount 4 of them vertically/sideways for a 1920 high image x approx 3915 wide (after 3x ~12.5% blending overlap removed). Gives nearly 4k pixel re...

Well... have you tried installing the DLL it says to install!?
Its working fine on my Win8 system, you can get the DLL by following the instructions here (I make no claims that thread/site, just 5sec of googling first link): http://villavu.com/forum/showthread.php?t=82512

The one from Kickstarter project fame etc? As a big VR fan, I got in (though I think anyone can now) the Kickstarter project early on.. a $300 VR headset for Christmas sounds pretty sweet! I'm old enough and lucky enough to have a VFX1 headset here beside me (actually in a closet) for a long long ti...

Just to add, I think I am having this issue too. Thought I was going crazy, even stuff as old as HL2 gets capped at 30fps (and drops lower) with VSync on but soars to 125fps with it off. Thats not right! Im using 12.8 and sick of swapping drivers for now so I will just leave it off. I might try D3D ...

Only the Multiplayer key activates on Steam and it activates as the "3P" edition. Its not clear what that actually means, downloading via Steam now.
Thanks for sharing though!

Does anyone know what atiags.dll does? Its in the BinariesWin32 folder. With it there the game wont launch (no error, just instant background crash). Problem is that Eyefinity doesnt work for me (every menu zoomed 500%) and Im wondering if the lack of this ATI file is causing it. EDIT: Ok, that is t...

Further testing in ME3 (Origin legit version), it just doesnt work in Eyefinity for me. Can we get the Fixer working for Eyefinity too? I think maybe the fact I have to delete the atiags.dll file to get it to launch might be a factor.. Im unsure what it does but its clearly some ATI dll that comes w...

The fix will work only for nVidia Hardware and for genuine versions of the game... For Eyefinity it will not work, nor do you need a fix. Just use a bezel corrected resolution and the game will run very good in Eyefinity. Really though? Unlike the screenshots here of the fixed version: - UI element...

Firstly, my sincere condolences on your recent loss, very sad to read and I suspect with the Forum oddities many missed that note :( On the Fixer, it does indeed now launch, however (In Mass Effect 3, the only reason Im awaiting the fixer) it doesnt seem to do anything at all: - Pressing * starts th...

For those getting crashes on launch, can you please go to your Event Viewer and find the application crash for both Widescreen Fixer and .NET Runtime. Paste me the error under the .NET Runtime entry. Sadly the latest version ( 3.1 r400) is exactly the same. Double click to run, nothing seems to happen, a icon appears on taskbar, but when you mouse over it, it disappears as the executable has already crashed in the background.

FYI Dopefish, the current SVN (v3.1 r398) does not launch at all on my PC (Win 7 Pro X64). I reran the .Net 4.0 and Visual C installers to be sure there were up to date.
The previous version I have (v3.0.291) launches fine.

Just to update, this works perfectly on the Mac Book Pro, though it appears as a mirror screen by default (easy to disable in Display Properties).
Im using it with 2x HDMI to DVI adapters and 2 old Dell DVI monitors. Appears as one big screen on the Mac and onboard LCD works too.
