vpance's solution worked perfectly for me. I just had one pesky problem. The very bottom of the window was getting cut off. So, just for kicks I decided, "hey if -w works for windowed mode, maybe -f works for fullscreen." I never thought it would work. It was just too simply really. But when I loade...
