To clear one thing up from your first post Dim-Ize, setting the refresh rate to 75Hz doesn't affect anything. Since the pixels in CRT monitors lose their charge, they need to be recharged so many times every second by the electron beam, which scans horizontally. If the refresh rate goes low enough, ...
