16:9 ratio monitor is always cheaper than 16:10 mainly due to the manufacture method produces less waste |

as you only have one PCI-E (x16) slot there should be more than one PCI-E (x1) slot on most MB my desktop MB only has one PCI-E (x16) slot and 2 PCI-E (x1) slots which motherboard do you have? Note: PCI-E (x1) card is not easy to find but there are always several cheap ones on ebay |

I am pretty certain Hazro is pushing the product into the US but that would probability require them to adjust the manufacturing process or even manufacture to keep the cost down that can be a huge investment and can be a huge gamble for a small UK based company what I am trying to say is it is unli... |

You could e-mail and ask, but overclockers.co.uk has a very bad reputation for Customer Service. I dont think you have to pay vat but the shipping cost and import tax should be quite high, probability better to buy other ISP monitors regarding the customer services.... I had first hand experience, ... |

as a matter of fact, you got several options and monitor is dirt cheap at the moment (especially 16:9 TN panel), £1000 for monitors alone can get you very far I personally would check Hazro 30" (S-IPS panel) out, S-IPS is great for photo editing, provided you calibrated it. The price is a lot cheap... |
