I have a Satellite L305-S5946 that uses onboard Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 4500MHD. I can play Halflife2 high detail but objects in the distance have a hazy/washed out look and I'm wondering if there is anything I can do about it. In the screenshot below you'll see Alyx Vance is washed out a b...

I was looking at a HP laptop that has a 1GB ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4650 in it and I've always been an Nvidia user, never followed the ATI scene much, so I was wondering at what level of performance/quality is the 1GB ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4650 at? Would this be like the Nvidia 9600, or 9800? Also h...

With Vista, can you get any game you install to show information in the 'Games' folder? In the screenshot below I clicked a game which now shows gaming information on the right side pane, that info is what I'm talking about if I can get HalfLife2 to show something as well in that pane? http://img139...

No solution yet?

If not then what's the next best resolution to use for a NEC 20WMGX2 with this game, since the native resolution on the LCD is 1680x1050.

Some guy was talking on the Evga forums saying he was getting 180FPS with WOW.

I thought there was no such thing as a rate like this, and really all you can actually do is like 60-80, and also anything above a certain frame rate can't be seen by the naked eye.

So?

For me FEAR seems to run pretty good at this resolution, and when I ran SLI with 7900GT KO Superclocks everything seemed good. But I had some issues with the 7900s and Evga upgraded me to 7950 GT KO 512MB cards, now when I play with these I see some screen tearing at this resolution. I can't believe...
