Or did i get that wrong and the games mentioned by GeneralAdmission are the only ones nominated? GA's list are the games that have been 'gold certified' this year and as such are eligible for the Game of the Year award. Doesn't affect the other awards :) (In fact you want the opposite for the narro...

Thanks for the tip, it would be helpful to new users for the three post minimum for creating or editing detailed reports to be more visible. I looked everywhere in the registration process, the registration email, checked my messages, the forum, scanned the site and did some googling. The guide on ...

SOFtwooooooooooo!! About 5 years of my life is defined by that game. I miss it. :( Don't think I've played any other FPS as competitively. All the practices and clan wars! Lovely stuff. Nice to see you here! sof2files was great! I almost feel like I recognise certain names but I think my bra...

If you could take comparison screenshots for any cutscenes, that would be great, because this potentially has perfect widescreen support. :)

OK, I think I see where your main confusion is: the way we use the phrase "widescreen support" What we mean is does the game literally run in a widescreen resolution? You say above you're running at 1920x1080. So the answer is YES the game DOES have widescreen support. Now, we look at the screen cha...

Additional Information that would be useful for this one: Test additional resolutions and list which are available 16:10 screenshots Menu behaviour: does it stretch? From your one menu screenshot it kind of looks a bit stretched. Comparison screenshots between 4:3 and widescreen would be helpful. Re...

Dear, I have a Fifa 12 Reloaded version, and i try use the Flawless Widescreen, but the Status Window show me that the Detected Version -> UNSUPPORTED. This works only the original version? Any Ideia. Regards! Unless specifically mentioned, none of the fixes will work with any cracked exes.

It turns out that the designers deliberately narrowed the FOV when running in triple monitor mode to avoid clipping artefacts on the peripherial monitors. I have added a toggle in the hardware_settings_config that allows users to use the same FOV as DiRT3 et al. This will get released in the next p...

You'll have to troubleshoot the problem step by step. As Sh4dowking says, try it without Flawless Widescreen just to see if that's causing the problem. If it still runs badly, then you'll have to change each graphical setting down one by one until it clears up. I'd start with anything to do with Lig...

It's considered pretty much unsupported I'm afraid. Shout at EA!

The only chance is to sweet talk one of our lovely devs, but on a game this old that's not incredibly popular, you'll be lucky if anyone considers it worth their time. :(

Yeah, it's definitely worth pointing out that this is a MAXIMUM width, not a FIXED width, so it will still scale on smaller displays.

I'm pretty strongly behind this change as it drastically enhances the readability of longer articles on larger displays.

A few things worth pointing out: As Skip said, the contest was started on honest grounds before the multi-monitor support was known to have issues. As far as Codemasters/AMD and we were aware, the game worked fine in multi-monitor resolutions. Their support in previous DiRT titles gave no reason to ...

That looked fantastic. I'll do my best. Seeing as there was no interest in this, I just incomprehensibly shouted about things on twitter to no one in particular, and will do again tomorrow. Right now though, it's half 3 in the morning and I've watched for 11 hours straight, so time to recharge. Game...

Hello noble folk of WSGF! If I were to watch everything that's happening at E3 over the next couple of days and then put them into a Day 1 and Day 2 semi-live blog type thing that isn't really a proper live blog, would anyone be interested in that? I would pick and choose what I believe is the impor...

I'm not sure what is going on here. We have tried NV Surround in our labs and it behaves exactly the same as Eyefinity. The aspect ratio needs to be set to auto for the multi-monitor set ups to work. If that is not the issue. Please try deleting your hardware_settings_config.xml from My Games. Fail...
