I was afraid of that... How hard can it be to make a new resolution anyway? Sheesh.... edit: I realize why not many bother to cry to Matrox about this... Man, those people make it hard to send them an email... Well, they're not sending me away, that's for sure. I'll get that email sent if it kills m...

I have the misfortune of running 16:9 monitors on my TH2G digital, and alot of the resolutions are for 16:10 monitors. That means I'm stuck at 4080x768 as my highest resolution. Is there any way to add the 4800x900 resolution so I can at least get a little more vertical resolution? Or even the 5600x...

The handling issues is resolved, the input lag is gone, and all is well! Back to the track I go! oh,...

Check in the XGM software if your 5040 res is set to 59Hz or 57Hz. I had both. Games will automatically select the higher refresh, which may fail. I deleted, or disallowed, the 59Hz one, and it worked.

I use win7 x64 with a 8800GTX, so pretty similar setup.

Make sure you have the latest powerdesk from the Matrox site, that's the only one that worked for me.

So latest drivers, latest PowerDesk and latest firmware is the combo that is working for most people these days.

If you have identical monitors I'd start out with identical settings. If not I'd start out with something like the test patterns on DVE to get the ballpark settings correct. I use my Spyder2 and HCFR after setting the contrast and brigthness controls, to do a greyscale correction for each monitor. B...

I have to run the 182.50 drivers to get 5040 at all in Win7 x64

Waveztream: Remember if he's playing on a single screen he's probably at a lot lower res, and a lot narrower FOV, and that WILL give him a massive performance advantage over you.
