Played through in hood view... In Ultrawide I preferred a less "optimized" HUD to keep the minimap in check: GstRender.ScreenSafeAreaWidth 0.666666 It's so sad to get tunnel vision on third-person views when the bulk of the game is actually UW- and MM-friendly. Rivals sans Flawless WS was ... |

So you weren't bluffing... Noice As I'm moving away from 3x 16:9 myself and plunging into triple Ultrawide, I can see how a single humongous panel like this is a valid alternative to consider. Just another set of pros and cons. The MegaWide era is upon us, gon' be fun ! |

Pretty sure, yes. Nvidia Surround requires all monitors to run at the same resolution. To mix various aspect ratios you need a different setup: AMD Eyefinity, extended desktop + borderless mode, or SoftTH. |

Playing Elex in UltraWide and the Adjutor's picture viewer has become useless ? Change the resolution to any "narrow" one (e.g 16:10 or 5:4) and open pictures in the Adjutor until they return into view. Or quit the game. Technicalities follow: A glitch affecting image documents in the Adju... |

Dear complete noob ! I have bad news... Nvidia Surround means multiple monitors running at the SAME resolution, so you can't mix aspect ratios effectively. AMD Eyefinity is one step ahead in this regard as it can theoretically manage different resolutions/ratios/orientations. You could look for a 1:... |

Digital is digital; Surround works with DVI monitors no problem. Since your monitors work fine in extended mode, the adapter may not be the culprit anyway. That being said a DP->DVI cable would be a more elegant solution, and an easy way to be sure as well. You needn't worry about active adapters - ... |

Hey Mesenzio, thanks for the report. You should try setting your desktop to whatever resolution you want to capture then select it (or borderless mode) in-game. This way you'll get pictures of different sizes and aspect ratios that make for a great comparison, and not just "ultrawide with shrin... |

G..gle tells me the AOCs use FreeSync, whereas the Qnix simply drops frames to achieve higher refresh rates: Anandtech | TFTCentral So it seems getting these monitors to work together at 100 Hz would be a gamble at best... |

If I'm not mistaken... Default 16:9 FOV is actually 80, so it should be 96.86 in 43:18. The trainer's "FOV 5" being 95 should be pretty close to a pixel-perfect Hor+ screen change. Should you consider the baseline for FOV to be 90, then it should be 106.69 in Ultrawide so somewhere between... |
