I don't think you'd see much 3D on the side monitors (unless you looked right at them). I wonder what the software would do with a TH2G and only the center being 3D. Perhaps SoftTH with a 3D 22" centered and a 19" on either side. Still, consumer level 3D at a reasonable price (half or less of what t...

From what I understand SoftTH works with different resolutions so that should work (though you might have the 22"s at 1050 high)

And I bet it looks good too.

The TH2G uses only one output and will work with almost any recent card -but- I think he was asking if he could use all three outputs on the card at once.

As an owner of two TH2G units & 6 19" monitors I can vouch for it being possible to have a 7680*1024 desktop from a single card - but that's using 2 dual-link connections off of one card then using span mode in the drivers. (Though I'm currently running in 3840*2048 because that makes more sense to ...

Thanks. I was very happy when I found GridMove. I'd love a more powerful GPU but the "latest greatest" games always seem to require even more power than the last ones so I'm afraid it's a never-ending cycle. Fortunately slightly less intensive games work well for me - at least Guild Wars is smooth w...

I'm not sure if I'm reading your question correctly or not. If you are wanting to use the thin space on the outside that the bezel management leaves blank ("B" on the diagram below) - you can't. That space is gone. ._______ _______ _______ |B | | B| |B | | B| |B | | B| '-------'-------'-------' Grid...

I can span horizontally across all six (though I suspect that would seriously mess up any games). However, span only works if the monitors (the system sees each TH2G as a single monitor) are the same resolution - so I can't set them to different modes and still use span - sorry. Edit: so as to not h...

Occasionally an in-game dialog pops up centered right on that line and I can't move it - that's real annoying but overall I think it's very much worth it. :D To reduce bezel width I've taken the panels out of the plastic shells but any further disassembly would require Major reworking of the interna...

Yep, I tried it with two but "span" mode wouldn't work across two cards :x (nor in Vista). Because of motion sickness issues with FPS games (which seem to be the most demanding) I don't play them so GPU power isn't that much of an issue. What you see in the screenshot is Guild Wars - which wo...

With almost every monitor now being made being widescreen (at least 22" and up) I think those who make games are being forced to support widescreen. The question is how long will it be before games no longer support the 4:3 ratio?

Since a single 30" has a tiny bit more resolution than a TH2G setup I can't see you having too many issues with the change. You'd loose one screen of width but gain just over half a screen in height (well +1/2 height over the width of two screens). The lack of bezels would be a huge improvement. I'm...

I posted this bit in another discussion so please forgive me if this counts as spam but the best solution I've found for windows issues is GridMove (link). I even made grids for it here: (link). I like this way better than Matrox's software (which I no longer use). Also, some games that only do vert...

Actually I've been running six screens on two TH2G units for a while - It's Very Nice. I'm using vertical span mode so my resolution is 3840*2048. It doesn't require any special setup but there are a few issues. 1) Vista drivers don't support any span modes so I have to use XP. 2) Both units have to...
