Hi, from what I read in another post, the 182.50 whql driver for Win 7 rc1 works as well, still unfortunately not the latest driver..

So far the 185 and 186 ones don't work based on testing, definitely a nVidia issue, going to keep testing them as they come out and see.

Hi Zarkus, what version of the nVidia drivers for Windows 7 64 bit are you using? The 185 driver doesn't work you need the 182 driver. From another post: I got the same problems! It doesn´t matter if Win 7 or Vista (both x64) is installed! I tried the drivers (185.xx whql and beta) on both OS and a...

When I start my computer in Windows 7 RC1 (7100) it automatically is starting in 5040x1050. I rarely have to reset the res anymore leaving a game it just stays in 5040x1050 which is awesome

Hey, was playing Fallout 3 at 5040x1050 and didn't have any problems playing the game, but occassionally when moving quickly around the screen fighting, etc... the graphics seemed to 'jump'. Once I added the second card, I could spin 360 degrees all day without any graphics skipping, etc.. more GPUs...

I was running a single gtx260-216 and noticed some slight lag with 5040x1050, I added a second card and it is much better in SLI pushing those pixels. I think two gtx260-216 is a good choice "for the money", and a single gtx285 or two in SLI would also be a great solution, but more expensive. I coul...

Just installed Windows 7 RC1 build 7100 and previous to that I was using Beta build 7000. Under the beta version, I ran NVidia Windows 7 beta driver 181.71 and the beta gxm and was able to get 5040x1050 without a problem. There is a new NVidia beta driver 185.81 so I thought I would install it with...

IMHO I would stick with 3x22" monitors as they will natively be 1680x1050 each. 24" monitors are nice but in a triple head config your max resolution is limited to 5040x1050 and will look less clear as the native res for 24" monitors is higher 1920x1200. As well depending if you want to mount them o...

I believe it is based on your resolution. When I am on 5040x1050 on my 260gtx the most I can get is around 70. When it goes to 4320x900 I can bump it higher than 130 without issue. Totally dependant on bandwidth imo
