No, I haven't run into that problem. I just typed "fov 100" in the console and it's stuck since (the difference was quite obvious). I'm running the non-steam version however. Your best bet might be to edit your config file and make it read-only if it's giving the same problem for you. Also the model... |

Paradigm Shifter: Exactly, there simply is no widescreen support built until SiN 1. It actually came out before Half-Life 1. I DID get it working with the hex edit and fov fix though. I doubt most people care, but I can upload an executable or something if people wanted. I'm not sure of the official... |

Hey I realize this is pretty late after the fact, but I got this working with a hex editor on the sin.exe. I changed the entry for 1024x768 to 1680x1050.
