Thanks ambivert, that helped. The FOV slider at max 130 is still too zoomed in for me.

After enjoying Eyefinity for several years, I recently upgraded to a Titan card and tried to setup Surround. I ran into the same problem of not being able to select full resolution, as my Dell U3011 has a sync polarity of +/- while the Dell 3008WFPs that I use for the sides have a polarity of +/+. H...

Just want to report that I experience the exact same error as Syonco with Borderlands. In the beginning the crashes seemed random but now they always happen at the same time after about 15 minutes. Disabling HUD Scaling does not help. As the game does not let you save, this makes the game unplayble ...

8000x1600

Bought this game long ago on Steam only to find that the fix did not work for it.
So happy I can finally play it, thank you.

Hi Ibrin, when you say they had 3x30" on a standard HD stand, can it do that in landscape? I've been looking for a stand like that but I haven't seen it available yet. Also, being able to put the bezels behind each other is an important feature to me as they are quite fat on 30" monitors. Finally I ...

FWIW, I'm using a 3007 HC with a 3008 on each side and have no problems with Eyefinity. Another thing: After calibration the 3007 HC matches the 3008 reasonably well, maybe a bit warmer/yellowish (could be the ageing) and less sharp (could be the coating). I was thinking of upgrading the 3007 HC to ...

This game played fine for me at 8000x1600 using two HD6970 2GB in Crossfire. I only had to put post process quality to simple to avoid some strange colors, mostly the sky. The HUD stretch with three screens is an issue. You'll have these huge immersion-killing crosshairs, but there is a mod to remov...

GRID doesn't work with Crossfire. I also use the Steam version and I never had to edit any files, just disable Crossfire. GRID is not very demanding on your GPU so it should run fine on a single card and you can also use bezel compensation.

Upgrading from a 5970 to 6970 crossfire was already a mistake.... I'm using 3x30" screens at 7996x1600 so I really needed the 2Gb VRAM. Some demanding games sure run a lot more smoothly now, and I can use higher settings including AA. But I agree that it is not an improvement in every way. I though...

Some things I noticed since upgrading from a single 5970 to a pair of 6970s in crossfire. 1. I used to connect my 5970 by using two DVI, and one DisplayPort for one of the side screens. If I did not power on the side screens, the card would automatically revert to the single center screen connected ...

Bezel management works great and I love the way it is implemented. Make sure you don't overclock your card while adjusting or the screen will flicker like crazy. One thing left to wish for is a hotkey to toggle bezel management although I don't know how feasible this is. Eyefinity is now the way mul...

One reason for Bioware to patch the first game could be that they apparently consider ME to be episodic, like being able to take your character from ME1 to ME2. I'm sure they'll release a trilogy one day and it would only make sense that you can play it through in a consistent manner. Well I hope so...

No issues with the new drivers for me so far. With the 9.12 hot fix, Crysis at 7680x1600 would not run with Catalyst AI enabled and use only one GPU of a 5970. This is now resolved with 10.1 giving me a performance boost of about 40%.

How about this Dave: To compensate for missing the support on release date and the confusion, ATI convinces Bioware to release a patch for ME1 and ME2 simultaneously. I don't know about the engine overhaul but it looks to me like they suffer the exact same issue.

Don't know if the CCC panel overrides in-game settings, but can you not simply disable Eyefinity and run the game on a single 2560x1600 first? That should always run and it will allow you to disable AA. After that you enable Eyefinity and change the resolution to 7680x1600. I would install the hotfi...

The only difference with my system is that it has 6 GB ram. The main reason why some games did not work for me initially was that they would default with too much AA, maybe because I tried the game on a single screen first. I thought this may be your problem, since L4D runs fine for you and this gam...

Something may be wrong with your setup or your in-game settings. I use the same system as yours and GRID runs perfectly smooth, although with AA disabled. At first I had issues with some games too but now the only game that I tried and choked at this resolution is Operation Flashpoint: DR. Using a 3...

AA is often not not worth the performance hit at 7680x1600 as it doesn't make much difference visually to me. I use AA if the framerate does not drop below around 40FPS, so it very much depends on how easy it is to drive the game in the first place. For example, the Source-based games run fine with ...
