The 10.2 Beta posted above seems to have smoothed things out a bit in BC2 Beta, but still no crossfire logo and a flatline on usage at 0% on the 2nd gpu (looking at msi afterburner).
Basically, since 10.1, my second card is non functional. |

Yeah, it's a tough one. Another un-install / wipe / re-install of 10.1 was no help. This is exactely what I was getting in NFS:Shift, which I should probably test and see if it's back to fail with CF enabled.
Fairly frustrating, but not much I can do. :x  |

No change going back to 9.12 hotfix. :( Back on 10.1 now with CF disabled.
Have never seen the CF logo in any testing. |

Above worked great of course. Thanks again for the link. Getting about ~33 fps on High/1x/16x @ 5760x1080 with 2x5870's, 10.1. Didn't look right of course seeing others numbers so I disabled CF. Jumped to ~45. :D & :x & Going to browse a bit for some info on it, then try going back to 9.12 hot... |

Fry's has 3 demo's going right now at various stores. nVidia 3D, Matrox THTG running NFS:Shift and a 295 SLI (that never seems to be running anything). My point was that on a Friday prior to a Tuesday release, to assume piracy, and more importantly for the discussion, rouge or incomplete bits, is pr... |

Why does everyone assume piracy? If the game is to be released on the 26th, why aren't people assuming that some store is setting up a display unit to be played? This close to release, I see no reason to assume piracy or incomplete bits. The CD's do not burn themselves and then jump in the box. Peop... |

I just bought a system from Staples but it turns out it is not suitable for gaming so I am returning it this week. I don't have an unlimited budget and mostly want to run FSX flight simulator with three 24" monitors . I will run Nvidia 3D vision surround but will have to settle for ATI Eyefinity fo... |

Which setting makes the mud stick to your window when you go through water?
I had it once, but now it just looks like rocks bouncing off my windshield

it will do 3 x 25.5's no problem. Here is the top view from center. From this view, you can see the grove in the rail for the mount to slide side-to-side. You lift the monitor a little to releive pressure and then just slide it. The silver dot is the locking pin. Lift the pin to remove the mount/mon... |

All monitors produce some kind of radiation that can harm you and by using three monitors isn't that 3x more dangerous than using one?
Yes.
I regularly miss sleep due to not being able to stop playing games. Serious health issue.

No bashing here, but I honestly do not 'get' 3D. I've looked at it and it just doesn't impress me.
Thanks, but no thanks NVidia. |
