Any feeling what card I would need to play this at 57x12 with high settings? I'm also running an i5-750 btw, do you think that would be a bottleneck by now? |

Am I missing something here? I played d3 in "windowed fullscreen", and it acted like I was in fullscreen with the correct res. I didn't see my taskbar, or any desktop elements. Some of the HUD were in the corners, but the "important" bar was in the middle and I didn't find it to be that much of a hi... |

Thanks. I didn't really expect to be able to sell kits on Etsy, but figured I might as well ask. After asking around my engineering friends from various departments, it does seem like this would be a very long shot. Individually, none of the things are crazy, but to combine so many disciplines toget... |

I'm starting to brainstorm ideas for my senior project as an industrial design major. I'm thinking about building a force feedback simulation chair for racing games, flight sims, and even mech sims. It will be probably be a cross-department collaboration with a mechanical and an electrical engineer,... |

I've been thinking about getting Driver San Francisco after the writers of Valve unanimously praised it's writing and surprising fun. But my past experience with driving games have always been somewhat "meh". The only ones I really played were arcadey ones like mario kart. I always found the actual ... |

I'm calibrating my monitors with the Elite as I type this. I bought the studio SR because there is currently a rebate for it and I figure what the hell. Man, I don't know if things are more "accurate" since I've been looking at the same settings for 2 years, but they seem to match much better now! I... |

I think I might pick up the Datacolor DC S3SR100 Spyder 3 Print SR or a comparable printer & LCD calibrator. I had a project this last weekend for class and the "orange" that came out of my printer was disgusting. Didn't look like my screen at all. I'm gonna look into how many computers I can instal... |

Well they are students stuying to be a concept artist. They are very good, but ya, I'm surprised nobody decided to get a calibrator or at least pool their money for one.
So software is needed, but otherwise I can use the pro on multiple monitors and computers right? |

Does anyone here have experience with colorimeters and multi monitor gaming? Are they a worthy investment? I'm going to be using it for photoshop, illustrator, and other graphic design work too, not just gaming, but alot of my friends are in the same field, and they seem to get by without one. |

Actually I did end up canceling because of time. I don't have any. School is ramping up, as is my job, and I have no time for a battlefield game. Hopefully the 7000 series will be out when I get a break. It does look gorgeous from SS. |

This is a crazy gaming season, and I barely have time for the games I do have. For whatever reason, I decided to preorder BF3 too. But it seems like my trusty ol 5870s isnt going to cut it at 57x12 resolutions, and I don't have a second slot for Xfire/SLI either. Should I just wait till the 7000s co... |

Tbh, I never noticed since all I do is play assault in MP and abuse my FoV. SP is easy enough for that to not bother me. |

Is there? I barely notice since all you really need is the health bar above you. The HUD is so minimalist that it hasn't really bothered me. |

Why is there not a thread for this? Its great in eyefinity. The only thing that sucks is that cutscenes are chopped off, but everything else works stellar. Fun game too, especially for 40k fans. I would post SS, but for some reason I can't seem to save screens from it. |

You cant add portrait monitors to balance it out. It has to be matching. Having side monitors gives you peripheral vision. Even though 90% of the information is not processed since you focus on the center, the 10% that indicates stuff like danger can still be seen and avoided. Just like how your nor... |
