I went to browse a couple pages this morning by reloading threads in tabs that I'd opened last night and they came up as Access Denied. When I reloaded the forum indexes there appear to be a lot of threads missing from my view. AMD Eyefinity Discussions only has 2 threads visible to me when I know i...

I noticed the cursor bug in 10.8 (HIS 5870 Eyefinity 6, uninstall 10.6 + DriverSweeper). It went away mostly on it's own however. When I was sliding between monitors it disappeared on my one display. When I went to turn pointer trails on, the cursor reappeared the moment I opened the Start menu. It ...

1080 in P is fine. At 96 dpi, it's 11.25 inches of printable space. Tall is definitely better than wide for working on most monitors. 2560x1440 and 2560x1600 maybe excepted as they're big enough that maximize to one half actually makes sense, and 1280x1024 swings both ways roughly the same. I've fou...

The P2310 appears to be in stock in the Small Business section of the site. Preliminary ship date is 5/3 when I put it in my cart. I have three P2310's and like them a lot. Occasionally I pine after IPS. Never having had them, I'm glad in some ways that I don't know what I'm misssing. My next set of...

We are working on a kit that will give you two options for the "middle three". I'll look to see if we can "tuck the bezels" to help hide them. However, because the panels are rotated portrait, you have a much narrower width on the horizontal and the angle needed to "tuck" would be pretty harsh. The...

It's great news that you're working on a mount. I look forward to the result as I'm still using the "good enough" solution of original stands. Can the surface be flush or will I need to tuck the edges behind each other? It's possible to tilt two monitors on the same bar to make the edges mate smooth...

Tom's hardware has an overview of Eyefinity that doesn't have much new for readers here, but had this (on page 6 - Bezel Comp). As forum poster Snipe3000 noted in our last Eyefinity piece, the technology’s utility for some users will be limited until a portrait-landscape-portrait mode is supported. ...

After playing around for about a day, I'm very impressed. I have found a couple features that would be nice to have. These may be present in the driver. I didn't see them. I've tried to keep my wishlist to technical improvements. What would you put on your wishlist?

5x1 P [/*:m]
Groups w...

The 2x10s are good monitors as things go. If I was buying fresh, I'd give serious consideration to the ZR24w's, due x1200 and TN being a bit more pronounced in portrait mode (my setup).

If I was in landscape I wouldn't care as much. That said, I don't regret what I have at all.
So are you saying that you didn't like the P2210H? Cause I was starting to get set on those things, seems like for the price, there aren't a whole lot in that range that have display port and are => 1080p... Any other recommendations? :) The WSGF isn't really isn't in the business of recomme...

I have the P2310H's and they're great, just an inch bigger than the P2210H. You've just picked up 3 very nice monitors.

Per http://www.tomshardware.com/news/PAX-AMD-Phenom-II-X6,10004.html The AMD reps were mum on the exact pricing, but they did confirm that this six-port 5870 will cost more than the 5970. I'm really hoping that there's a mistake in the article. I was mentally benchmarking it as 5870 + $100 or so.

Gah!! Only 2 mini-dp to single link DVI? Awwww I need 4 to start. Oh well, atleast I know I need to order another 2 cables now atleast. When Dave was talking about "wait until you see what's in the package", I thought about the possibility of more than 2 DAC's on board, and considered yet again if ...

Bunch of good super high resolution backgrounds here: http://www.digitalblasphemy.com/triscreen/triscreen1.shtml edit: I either was remembering wrong, or they've put out a lot of new resolutions in the last three weeks. I don't buy the vaporware nor the wait for the competition angles. There's something going on though. It'd be nice to have a feel for when though, it was alluded to in the fall and nothing since. I don't buy the waiting angle as there seems to be no competitive advantage to waiting. Putting your com...

Is there an ETA on an ETA? This delay really has me debating going with two cards, one lower end for 2D use only, and one for 2D/gaming, but I don't want to pull the trigger on that if the Eyefinity6 is out soon as it involves other expenses that I have budgeted for later. This debate is made toughe...
