OK I fixed it. while everything was ON I disconnected the minidisplay adapter and all cords, blew in all the connectors and reassembled it and it detected perfectly. Ok so up until recently i was running my eyefinity setup on 6088x1200. (bezel comp 5760x1200) I was using two I-Inc iH282 (28" 1920x1200 on DVI) and a I-Inc IF281D (also 28" 1920x1200 passive Displayport to VGA) it all worked perfectly. To fix the sniper scopes add this tag to your fallout.ini the end of [Display]
