I'm looking much forward to some kind of fix for this as well :) But I'm not in a hurry since crossfire kills my performance atm anyway, so I'm only running it on a single 6970 right now (Almost doubled my fps compared to trifire). I think I rather wait for AMD/Bethesda to fix this before going trip...

Oblivion and Morrowind never gets old with the help of some (Or a couple of hundred) nice mods! :D Or try any of the complete conversions Nehrim or upcoming Andoran for Oblivion.

Finally got around to buy any Halflife-games that were missing on my Steam account (Old CD's are impossible to find!); HL1:Source+expansions and Ep2. Planning on a heavily modded Halflife-marathon next week, as I'm out of patience waiting for the Black Mesa mod :( Also bought Borderlands DLC-pack fo...

Cant say it's something I had to get used to either. It's been pure awesomeness since day one! But if it's not set up correctly, you might miss the whole point with it. Especially when it comes to gaming with eyefinity, you want to have the screens in a comfortable position with a good angle, all de...

[quote]Rumour has it that Ivy Bridge has been pushed back into 2012. http://www.maximumpc.com/article/news/intels_ivy_bridge_cpu_launch_slips_march_2012 Found confirmation. No LGA2011 until late Q1 2012. Aww, dont say that :( Oh well, then I guess the best choice today is to buy the 970 after all. ...

Ahh, sorry! I somehow read this as if you were thinking of upgrading from 970 to 990x :doh My head is already asleep here, heh. But at least my point about 970 and 990x still stands. And yeah, I completely forgot about Bulldozer too which might be of interest as well whenever it arrives (Early Augus...

I'll put my vote for Gigabyte as well. Been using their motherboards for 3 systems now and their quality, endurance and support have never disappointed. MSI and Asus however brings back troublesome memories, but they both seem to have shaped up since last time I used them, especially Asus. It's gett...

I dont think there's much of a point to upgrade from a 970 to 990x today unless you get a very good price for it, or if overclocking is a huge interest. As Shifter said, it's practically the same CPU but with unlocked multiplier and slightly higher frequence-settings from the manufacturer. The only ...

Your FOV is actually a little bit high - use the FovBoost thing and put in -10 or so that should clear things up. Ah, you're probably right. I usually prefer a slighty higher FOV than usual with fast FPS-games like this, but if it's causing oddities like this I should probably lower it a bit anyway...

Another possible fix could be to start the game in window-mode, so you can drag the window to a position where you can reach the resolution-settings, and then reboot the game without window-mode when you've saved your new settings. Some games also has a launcher where you can set your basic graphic-...

Hey guys! As many others, I've been lurking around here for quite a while, looking for all kinds of fixes and tweaks for widescreen/eyefinity-support. WSGF never disappoints, so I finally decided to join the group of members to share and discuss the awesomeness of multi-monitor gaming :rockout I'm c...

Why do you sit so close to your monitor in FPS-games then? :) Is it becuase of lack of space on your desk or becuse you want to look closer at your screen to spot/aim at enemies better? Maybe you should consider getting bigger monitors, or just a bigger middle-monitor ;) Or maybe move your side-moni...

I am having issues with the flawlessws app. it immediately stops working whenever I try to use it. I am running it as admin but that does not help. I am on Win 7 x64. Any help is appreciated. Yeah, I had the same problem in Win7. Fixed it by running the application in "windows XP compatibility mode...
