| thanks for that. i dont normally use cheatengine as HxD is easier to use and i feel cheatengine is like a last resort. glad someone looked up the values, etc for this. the fact it works is great, never could get cheatengine to work correctly with the cracked version of RE7 |

| Just received news from the developer: "animations were authored for 16:9 (back when it was a PS4 exclusive) so changing the camera has the potential to reveal lots of graphical bugs that would require reanimating much of the game." They're not sure if it's something they can do apparently... |

| There's nothing useful in the registry regarding the game, and changing the ini files will change the settings, but it will not do 3440x1440. Not sure what else to do, as you said the HEX editor just makes the game crash. |

| the game just got cracked a few days ago. so denuvo shouldnt get in the way of a hero making a widescreen fix for this game. |
