Hello!

For me it is English and Swahili, grew up in the heart of Africa.

As they say though, if you don't use it, you lose it. Over the years it's getting harder and harder to remember it all.

[quote]1. English
2. German (I'm pretty good, but it keeps falling out of my head)

How did you pick up German by the way?
Through the good ole' school system. I had a different teacher each year and the last year i had a teacher whom couldn't teach, therefore I learned nothing :(

Ich kenne ein bisschen von deustch.

die piont ist, dass Sie eine Anstrengung machen, um zu versuchen, und das ist, was viele Menschen in diesen Tagen fehlen

(english)
the piont is that you make an effort to try and that is what alot of people these days are lacking

With Dutch you don't have to worry about the Der-Die-Das-Die like in German, so it will be a bit easier to grasp. :) Knowing German does make things easier. Though there are words in German and English that are alike, where there are non in Dutch.

Portuguese covers most of S-America, so if you were to travel, you'd just need a translator around Asia and Eastern Europe. :)
