If what you say is correct, that there are no cut-scenes at all and there are no anomalies, then this game gets a perfect score.

Doesn't the game has some black & white videos that get played from time to time between level switch? I think those videos are stretched on widescreen... but I can't be sure as I don't have the game installed now.

I did a bit of research, and found that the full game does have some cut-scenes, but they are infrequent. I'm rolling this back to a B until someone posts screenshots demonstrating how widescreen affects cut-scenes.

The FMVs are 4x3, they maintain that ratio in widescreen resolutions.

Has anyone else noticed that Patch 1.3 has removed r_customwidth and r_customheight and r_mode -1 settings and dumbed down the resolution choices?

Where, in the 1.2 COD 2 version, I was able to set the resolution to my LCD native resolution of 1680 x 1050, I now cannot.

Anyone got a fix/workaround for this problem?
