I made a support ticked like two months ago. I got a reply: They don't plan to support eyefinity/nvidia surround in the future.

Rating needs to be downgraded to silver for 21:9.

The revamped UI now stretches beyond 16:9.

Fortunately it only seems to be in the non-gameplay menus, but a blemish is a blemish.

I have updated the multi-monitor and ultra-widescreen behaviour for Update 18: The Second Dream. The HUD margin setting unfortunately doesn't collapse far enough for multi-monitor and doesn't affect other things like the chat box and NPC conversation popups.
