One of them should work! lol

Second GTA IV Trailer released!

Official site to stream trailer = http://www.rockstargames.com/IV/trailer_splash.html

Gamershell Mirrored Download = http://www.gamershell.com/download_19876.shtml

Turns out, the game is based in New York! Its Liberty City but its obviously heavily based on New York. Should be interesting. Graphics look pretty awesome too. Reminds me of Alan Wake a bit. People have been saying they're underwhelmed but it's just what i was expecting; graphically better even. Can't wait :D

UPDATE : GTA IV has now been delayed until Take2's fiscal 2008 Q2, ending APRIL 2008 /cry

3RD TRAILER RELEASED SOON!

Hehe... Is it me or did they try to Matrix-ize their visual introduction with the music? :) Looks nice. I've played GTA3 and VC but never got around to playing SA. Here's to hoping a PC version will come out shortly after its release... ya know how painful it is to not have a PC version 'till eons later when you can dump your own mp3s into the radio station? I mean, c'mon... that's one of the greatest thing about the game! At least with VC I ended up adding a whole lot more 80s tunes and swapped in Initial D music when I went on a racing spree. Ah if only there's a dual-release....

I think it looks neat! I love this series (as does everyone) but I'm growning slightly tired of it, so I hope there are some new ideas in it.

Looks really cool.

I like the direction it seems to be going, no more gangsta stuff like GTA: San Andreas, which I also liked as I got 100%. :P
But it seems completely different, I'm sick of gangsta stuff now so this game should be great.
More like GTA:3 which was awesome back in the day, as it seems to be in Liberty City again. Who know's maybe it's in more then just one city agian?

Awesome. Good to see some actual product fromt eh game..

I enjoy each release so much more than the last. THey jsut keep getting better and better. OO, i got a semi.

Although there's still no release word for teh PC version I'm peeing myself waiting, just like the last three. :>

But if no PC version I'll probably score a 360 so i can play it. Surely they'll be cheaper by Oct 17th

Have to agree with the Shiftmeister.

San Andreas sucked ass.

Looking forward to this new one.

i agree
vice city was fun cause it was the 80s!
GTA has done nothing to interest me since
a fully interactive manhattan island could be really fun though

Oops got ahead of myself. Edited post to say isn't based in New York, its obviously Liberty City, but it seems so heavily influenced by New York that if they stuck up New York on the billboards instead i don't think anyone would argue!

Hi everyone, first post, but I've been trolling around and reading everyone else's posts for about two years. I've never really gotten into any of the GTA games before, but I think that the attention to realism and accuracy when comparing liberty city and new york city could make GTAIV a much more interesting game! Realistic and recognizable settings usually make for a very personable game that feels more authentic.
