thanks for the welcome Paddy the Wak, been checkin this site ever since i got my widecreen dell last year and now decided to join in on the discussions. i dont have a xbox so i really cant give any good comparisons but based on my experience playing on PC @ 1680x1050: it looks crisp and runs smooth, i guess i didnt get far enough into the game to notice any framerate issues mentioned earlier but as of right now i dont have any complaints.

Good to hear. I am so close to getting an 8800GTX, but had read on some forums that people were having issues.

hey guys, and thx for the awsome fixes so i can use my widescreen! :)

just a question, do anyone know how to get rid of the "full screen glow effect" or whatever it is? its hurting my eyes lol. and i dont mean the motion blur effect!

Hey ... I read on the UBI forums ... with my MX518 I can bind the mouse button to a key stroke ... Ive never thought of that ... :oops: ... hope it works when I get the game tomorrow.

It's still pants that they don't include it in the game. :oops:

I asked if it had widescreen and madmos5y said the patch did not add widescreen.
Also people on the UBI forum are still asking for widescreen to be added in the next patch.

Incorrect.

I bought the game yesterday, and the first thing I did was patch it to 1.01. It most certainly did NOT add widescreen support.

I just got the game today ...
I haven't installed the patch as I read on the UBI forums that it slows down the performance ... might install it if I run into problems whilst playing the single player game.

What's your experience ... have you noticed any slowdown after installing the patch ?
