Just Sony. If you count handhelds, also Nintendo.

Sony. Or if you count all consoles sold by a company Sony and Nintendo. Correct.

Wii? Sounds too obvious, but I can't think of anything else that technically qualifies.

Wii. (Gamecube used small versions.)

Correct.

Avatar?

Incorrect. One of the main purposes of this movie was to sell an upcoming game.

Memory leak.

2. Name at least two situations where a game company's logo would appear on a game box that they did not make.
Where the company is only the publisher (Codemaster's logo on FUEL, but they didn't actually develop it) and misprints.

3. A mod that completely or almost completely changes the assets of a game is called a what?
Total conversions.

4. Air and water cooling primarily dissipate heat through ****.
Conduction

7. What control feature that is a staple of modern gamepads cannot be replicated by a standard keyboard and mouse setup?
Pressure sensitive buttons. Although this will change soon.

Not sure what you mean by "first ever champion" as opposed to simply "first." But Duke Nukem 3D is the first really well known FPS to support mouselook, beating Quake by a few months.
