I managed to buy this game a day early for the Xbox 360.
The default is 16:9, and the game scales horizontally.

I think it uses the same engine as Oblivion, so it will probably have the same support for triple head as that did. |

I guessed as much but wasn't 100% sure ... dopefishes screens helped confirm it. Just hope the menus HUD etc are ok. |

I've read elsewhere that higher resolutions aren't listed in the options, but that you have to edit an .ini file to achieve them, is this the case? |

No. There is a show all resolutions check box. |

I got the retail version. My 8800GTX plays it at ultra settings with 15xAF and 4xAA at 1080p. Locked at 60fps solid. GTX = card that refuses to die. |
