For those that can already play the game: how is the 21:9 and or multi-monitor support? And how is it running at those resolutions performance wise?

I played for a few hours last night in surround (5760*1080) and found performance to be pretty damn good with nearly everything maxed. I let the game decide what the settings should be as I didn't want to waste time fiddling with the finer details at 12am. One issue I did notice was that when I used my bezel corrected resolution some of the hud clipped off the top and bottom of the screen which was mildly annoying. Aside from that though driving around, shooting and generally mucking about was great fun and looked good with no noticeable performance issues in any of the things I've done so far.

I'm running it with SLI Titans and an i5 2500K @4.5.

some parts of the tooltips/hud are not visible for me at 7680x1080

Anyone else experiencing that ?

That depends on if they are pre-rendered or not. If so, no fix will help (and I would be happy that they are letterboxed and not stretched). If they are in-game, a fix might be possible.

you see the 21:9 go back to 16:9 and you lose 20 - 40 % off your screen

They are not pre-rendered, but the anti-cheat situation is a unknown, I've already fixed it for my own use @ 5760x1080 [offline]... didn't know wither anyone would actually care about it tbh.

Game runs fine for me. If I had any complaints, it would be that you cannot fully disable post processing effects such as depth of field and chromatic aberration. You can only set them to "normal levels". Also, as previously mentioned, the transition from 21:9 gameplay to 16:9 can be a little jarring. Affects immersion in my opinion.

Ya the real-time rendered scenes go back to 16:9 (maybe 16:9, i dunno), but the screen edges slide in, so it's not a clunky transition. for getting the HUD back from behind teh bezel, there's a setting in 'Display' section that let's you bring it towards the centre a bit, which was nice to see. I only played for a few minutes, but I didn;t see any glaring issues with multi-monitor. Kinda expected, since the GTA IV support was pretty good.

I'm super-impressed with the crazy amount of graphics options and how freaking well it runs. I maxed out most options the the lowest i saw my fps get was 41fps. On a 4.4ghz 2700k, 2x 7970's, and 8gb ddr3.

Of course, Both nvidia and AMD have newer drivers for this game. The AMD Betas already have tweaks and a Crossfire profile. While I'm on the topic, enabling Crossfire took that hardest benchmark scene from 24fps to 41fps. Nice.

I've yet to much around with it too much, but there's a lovely little settings.xml located in \My Documents\Rockstar Games\GTA V\

I've also found that if i disable the DOF option, my game crashes when i go to the pause menu. Lame.
