I uploaded r671. It has some HUD improvements but there's still more to be done. In single-player the HUD is centered but there are still various things that are stretched out, and maybe some other things I haven't ran across yet. In multi-player the HUD is shrunk to the very left screen, and some elements are still stretched out.

My posts are not being displayed (is it because I'm new)...

I just tried r671 and I noticed some elements missing:

-the "x" in the middle of the screen when you're hitting the enemy
-the points you get when you kill him
-progress bar when you're taking a flag in domination

You can change that value in the config file, look for this line seta cl_maxPing “800″ and change it to your preference.

Mouse Pointer Travel issue with r671

Dope and Forum,

Fantastic job, Dope. No more motion sickness. :)

I'm having an issue where the mouse pointer will only work on the left monitor and about halfway into the center when the Widescreen Fixer tool is launched on version 671. Its a hard stop like the game thinks that's where the monitor ends. This occurs in them menus and game.

If I close everything down, open steam again, launch the game and change the resolution manually to 4800x1200 without launching widescreen fixer the pointer works on all three monitors.

I deleted r671 and loaded r669 again and everything works as it should which tells me there is some type of incompatibility with 671.

This occurring for anyone else? Any ideas on the fix?

Not sure it matters buy I'm using a Microsoft x8 Sidewinder mouse.

Let me know if you need any more info.

Thanks!

Hi and thanks Dopefish for all your hard work. It is truly appreciated.

I get the FOV fix but is the game still only on one screen in surround? I don't see an option to go to my native 5940 x 1080. Is that something we need to do in the config file somewhere?

Thanks

Mark
