Yes, I had the issue to.

If you click the moues you can adjust where they are looking and you can get them looking downish. It's not prefect, but it works well enough.

If worst comes to worst, disable the fix and run the game on a single screen, create, save, log back in with multimon.

Though, I couldn't be bothered.

For us playing on multi-monitors, our shadows are pretty garbage..

The fShadowDistance in SkyrimPrefs.ini effects the quality of them greatly.

The HIGHER the number, the worse they look. It is a BUG that Ultra settings put this at 8000. Yes the draw distance becomes huge, but they look absolutely horrible and blocky!

Play on one monitor with this setting at like 1000. Shadows look amazing and sharp! Leave it at 1000 and they look better, but not nearly as good.

I found the best comprimise is about 2000. WHile still not as good looking as on 1 monitor, they are a hell of a lot better than the "ultra" 8000 setting.

Also changing the iShadowMapResolution (there are 3) to 4096 improved them, but the distance made the biggest difference.

Thanks for the heads up, changed it and yeah it looks good, and it no longer has pop in shadows over the mountains. Also not sure whether it's related but after I did this, I also haven't had any texture corruption. So cheers...but it still crashes at random times :-/

right there with you on Spyle311's fixing shadows. I fixed my random crashing issue with the Large Address Awareness info that someone posted earlier, and then I put a link to a program to do it. (I only have 3 posts, so just look at my post history). Hope the Large Address Aware fix works for you!

I wish HaYDeN would post the fix he has up to this point. Not being able to read these books is really getting on the nerves. I appreciate helifax's fix but I just prefer a quick and easy solution.

Where you at dude? Help a brotha out.

Here is a far better 4GB patch for us x64 users, easy to use: HERE
People at Bethesda's Forums are having improvements with their gameplay with the patch.

Also, thanks for the fShadowDistance=2000 tip, trying it now. A small handful of posters on other forums found success with tweaking that value down.
