It seems that I am going to the steps of tortoise, but I am able to advance little by little.
Now I found one more barrier:
In the section "Click RMB and select" Search for - Current Module - Pattern "- C7 44 24 58 80 07 00 00 C7 44 24 5C 38 04 00 00". There is no result for min, and the EXE is already decompressed by Steamless.

Indeed, that is my stopping point as well.
I was able to patch the exe before the recent update but now I am unable to do it with the current instructions.
Will need someone like Jackfuste to help lol.

I agree with that, a proper fix like before would be great.

However, have you tried doing all the other steps and simply skipping the step we can't do?
It just leaves the HUD stretched (also in the main menus), when you are in a match the black bars are gone and it uses the correct aspect ratio.So it's not perfect, but very playable for 21:9 users at least.

Oh, I'm silly. I had it like that but after seeing the main menu I didn't try ingame.
