I followed the instructions, unzipped it to a folder set my height and width to .84 then open Bioshock. But when i hit * to activate the hack nothing happens and i still have boarders on the menu screen... Anyone else have this problem?

You have to activate it when you're IN-GAME, not on the menu screens.
