1920x1200 is 1600x1200 with a bit on the side. As long as you turn of 'stretch to fit screen', 1600x1200 will play in the middle of the screen, 'pixel perfect' - so no blurriness due to non-native res. You'd get the blurry effect if you tried to play it at 1024x768 with it scretch to fill the screen. :) Although the Dell panels seem to handle non-native res's extremely well.
