I've found the fix, however, I am still not able to play. The error popping up states API Version 2.1 needs to be downloaded. Any idea where I can get that download.

You must install and use r312 version or you will get that error message and it will not work.

HaYDeN, He will release the new version of hix fix on sunday 26/02 (evening). Its an app called "flawlessws", thats similar to dopefish's widescreenfixer, that uses plugins to run specific game solutions. He will release on sunday only skyrim's plugin (supporting v1.4), and will add new games in the future.
Please keep checking this thread and game's Detailed Report, we will update it as soon as he releases the fix.

wahhhhh still no Flawless I used his old one for alice madness returns and it worked great

Any news on the fixer from HaYDeN? :) I know it was supposed to be here yesterday. Not in a rush just curious.

is this game still; that popular it still is for me even with 386 hours play time that is ontill steeeeeam agian maybe its time to take a little break you deserve it hayden but still its just a great game

I was trying to use the SkyrimUWv0.91. Works fine unless the TESV.exe is renamed. I'm not sure if this was mentioned before but if you rename your 'TESV.exe' to 'fallout3' (do not add .exe [If you have issues, add the .exe]), you'll gain a significant amount of FPS (Depending on your PC specs of course). I ran SkyrimUW and it works with 'TESV.exe' but not 'fallout3.exe'. It would be nice to use SkyrimUW without the major framerate drop so is it possible for you guys to add this?

That because you are using a pirated version that has a old crack for a older version of the game
