Any chance someone might know how to get this widescreened? I know its not built into the game but can anyone hack it? I mean Madden is ws, why can't NHL :( |

Yes please can someone get this one in widescreen this year. Hack it or something. How much of the worlds population now has a widescreen tv or monitor?? Does no one bring this up at EA's board meetings? Certainly someone there could say "I think NHL would look good in widescreen for a change" But no, every year a new nhl and no native support for widescreen. Just boring old 4:3 aspects that force me to use my 17 inch Acer monitor. I think i've done enough ranting this year. But yes, a hack for this one would be appreciated and long overdue. |

Yes, I would really like to know how to get both Madden '06 and NHL '06 in widescreen. 1920x1200 would be great. Any info would be helpful. |

With Madden I just selected the resolution. I have a Geforce 6600 GT and the Dell 20 inch widescreen monitor with their monitor driver....then it was an option to select the ws resolution. |

1680 x 1050 but I will double check res only kicks in during game not on menu. |

I have a 2005fpw as well and can’t get Madden 06 to do 1680x1050 native. It offers 1600x900 and then stretches but not 1680x1050, would love to know how to get it to work. Just picked up NHL 06 today and 1280x1024 is the best I get in the settings. With Madden I edited the madden.ini and added a custom resolution of 1400x1050, if I could do that with NHL 06 I’d be happy enough. |

In which folder will I find madden.ini? I searched all the subfolders but I couldn't find it. Thanx |
