Well I have been installing all sorts of games not listed in the solutions thread or in the MGL to see what the story is.

Haegemonia does not support WS.

Thanks. This is the kind of thing we need to keep fresh info rolling in. Hopefully you'll find something. Make sure to at least look for "easy" tweaks before giving up.

Dug around for config files, while there were plenty, I didn't see any references to screen res. I also checked the registry and didn't see anything worthwhile.

Did everything I could think of short of Artmoney because I'm scared of it :?

Config files, registry hacks, command line switches and "console" commands. Those are what I consider "easy."
