Just enter the commands below to set your resolution and aspect ratio manually (you should be able to copy and paste all 5 commands at once)

r_aspectratio 1; r_customwidth 1920; r_customheight 1050; r_mode -1; vid_restart

1050 filled the screen in better than 1080

in-game console: press ctrl-alt-~ to pull it down.

cntl + v to paste

To set up custom resolutions and aspect ratios ...

Find the ... etqwconfig.cfg ... in (Vista) ... C:UsersUser NameDocumentsEnemy Territory Quake Wars Public Betabase ... open it with WordPad

Change these lines ... to ... for example ...
(These settings are for TripleHead adjust them for your particular needs)

seta r_customAspectRatioV "1"

seta r_customAspectRatioH "3.75"

seta r_aspectRatio "-1" ... "-1" allows the custom Aspect Ratio to take effect.

seta r_customHeight "1024"

seta r_customWidth "3840"

seta r_mode "-1" ... "-1" allows the custom Height and Width to take effect.
