Hello,
I will be frequenting these forums often due to my new 19" widescreen monitor and given that practically nobody offers 1680x1050 res, or at least the games I play don't offer it.

I am having issues with Jedi Outcast, and not being able to achieve 1680x1050 res.

I did however find this file named "jk2config.cfg", and am thinking that maybe if i edit this file, that it can help. I tried changing height and custom width, but it didn't do anything, i honestly don't know what the hell i am doing when it comes to this sort of thing.

"1"
seta r_customaspect "1"
seta r_customheight "1024"
seta r_customwidth "1600"
seta r_fullscreen "1"
seta r_mode "6"
seta r_ignorehwgamma

this is the section i think that needs work...or not.

I can post the entire cfg file if need be, but i didn't want to flood the hell out of the place on first initial post.

any help would be greatly appreciated...Thanks!

How I found this post: At the top/bottom nav bar click games. Find your game on the list and under the screen change category it will link you if you need to do something 'special' to get it working.

Nice,
I appreciate the response, it worked like a charm. Though I couldn't find the 'fov', the resolution has greatly improved.

Thanks!

If you can't find cg_fov, either seta it in the ingame console, or add the line manually. :)
