Hi, i have spent hours trawling around the internet looking for an answer about playing World in Conflict on my 26 Inch HD TV. I have the latest Patch 1.5, in the read me it states that it supports widescreen out the box. However, it has not worked for me.

I start the game and my Monitor says in the lower right hand corner, "Unsupported Signal, Please Change PC Output" I have tried a re-install about 4 times and to no avail. Does anyone have any solution?

I have also searched this froum page by page, new topic to new topic, all saying that it supports widescreen out the box.

My monitor (TV) is a Sony BRAVIA 26" HD TV, the resolution i use for my desktop is 1360 x 768 Pixels.

Thanks -

-Rob.

i have this exact same problem with my 32" bravia hdtv. i have never had this problem with a game before. what does the game detect to make it unsupported? i even tried setting the resolution to more recognized non-widescreen ones.

were you able to resolve this yourself at all? or are we both SOL?

I don't have the game.
Have you tried to run the game in safe mode or manualy editing any cfg file that it might has?

One thing to check would be refresh rate, hook up some other monitor, and make sure the refresh rate is at 60Hz, then try the tv again.
