[quote][quote]So this ends up using bezel management on the desktop as well as in games? Wouldn't that cause some problems with some applications (do windows still limit themselves to the monitors correctly)?

As Ibrin points out in the video once you've done the bezel compensation setup the compensated and non-compnsated resolutions are exposed in the OS and CCC; this also translates through to games. So, you can set up bezel comp, use the uncompensated resolution on the desktop and then the compensated in the game.

Hey, Mr. Baumann, do you know the reason behind why the new catalyst version is not installed for me and NDH when we install this driver package? I have reinstalled multiple times trying different things. 2 times w/ driver sweeper, 1 time w/o it, uninstalled and used a registry cleaner, uninstalled and made sure all files were deleted by hand... all to no avail.

I've now also tried driver sweeper, driver cleaner.net , multiple boots, safe mode etc and i still cant get bezel management to show , yet Eyefinity works ok ?

tanky fer der viddy.

PS - why does your left screen not have AR correction on? And clean your screens.

You're welcome.

I had it set differently in the monitor controls (on the monitor itself not the CCC driver) by accident. It was set to "Fill". I know, they are dirty. I had a cold for a while and couldn't stop sneezing. I keep meaning to get some of the Endust for electronics cloths. No way I'm using anything harsh on a set of U2410's.

Yeah same here. I'm on Win7 pro 64. Same driver & CCC versions but bezel management just doesn't show. I also went through multiple uninstall, sweeper, reinstall & multiple reboots. I even tried uninstall, reboot, sweeper, going back to 10.1 and then updating to preview driver. Eyefinity works fine, just no bezel management.

Yeah i'm on pro as well, i even tried the same thing, going back to 10.1 / 10.2 in case thats needed as well ( i was previously on 9.12)

this isnt some secret monitor combo that disables it ? , i have
1x dell DP2210, Display port
1x Samsung 215TW DVI monitor
1x Viewsonic VA2216 - VGA monitor via DVI dongle

its not the VGA via DVI thats doing it , or is it just a driver bug ?

i really dont want to reinstall Win7 to find it doesnt help, especially as i'm going to a LAN next weekend and need the machine nice and stable with no changes this week

I have the Bizlink active DP to DVI adapter so it's not the DP to vga adapter doing it. I wonder if it's the non-matching monitors combo.

My config is:

Asus vw266h to Bizlink DP - DVI
Dell 2707 to DVI
Asus vw266h to DVI

I have Win7 Pro 64 bit too. I did a reformat, and that did nothing productive.

I just did a test using my available monitors.

Using all three the same monitor 3 x Dell 2209WA I was able to use Bezel compensation. Using 2 x Dell 2209WA with a 24" Yuruka I was able to use eyefinity but the Bezel compensation was not available.

So it seems to be a restriction that all monitors must be the same at the moment.

edit - If this turns out to be true it might be possible to get around it by renaming the monitor namestring or id using Phoenix EDID designer so the display driver believes they are the same monitors. Need more evidence first that this is the cause though. This might well be fixed in the final release also.

I have 2x Asus vw246h and 1x vk246h. Bezel management works great.
I find it rather hard to setup using the triangles. They should use an actual image of landscape or something more accurate the the Bezel setup.
It took about 10 tries and a little over an hour to get the bezel compensation to a reasonable quality, even then it still seems a bit off.
I Had to have a picture open on Paint and move it across the screens to make sure it was lining up...

Which card do you have, and what monitors?
