Yeah I highly monitored the issue with GPU-Z and had the crossfire logo active to see when Xfire kicked on.
At least someone else may be having the same issues.
Looks like ATI has been focusing a ton on Landscape mode for eyefinity and not as much for Portrait. Here is hoping that they address it in the future.
I really need Xfire to add dynamic shadows for Borderlands :D
I'm surprised there would be a difference between P and L for CFX. Honestly, I'm not sure how much testing ATI has done on it, as P hasn't been near as popular or the near the focus. I'm also surprised that Kyle at HardOCP hadn't find this.
How do you get the logo to activate?
While I want to see it fixed (as it will surely be a benefit to 5x1-P), as few notes/comments:
* I thought COH had a DX10 mode?
* Surprised that Borderlands is DX9
* Do any Source Engine games really need CFX? I haven't played L4D or L4D2, but the HL2 games blow through the benchmarks for me.
