Good day!

I am having issues with getting 4 monitors in portrait mode with a http://www.asus.com/Graphics_Cards/EAH6 ... ifications card. (ASUS HD 6950 6 monitor support).
4320x1920 (4 portraits, next to each other) Can not get picture on the last monitor. Landscape works fine. Anyway around this at all or driver limitation?

Thank you!

Unfortunately this may not be possible in portrait mode. (Get another monitor...lol)
OR do 3x1p plus and extended display in landscape
Hope this helps in some way....

1. SOFTTh that only works in dx9

2. (no idea! Just my idea) this Zotac mDP to dual HDMI adapter creates one spanned surface.
So 2 adapters and getting 2x1P might be an idea..... Wait.... They only work in Landscape mode..... Not? Uhhhhh... Someone here has them and there are a few Topics about that here.

only these two configs arent avaible: 4x1P and 2x3L (not3x2)

2x3L will be great bcoz with dp @ dual hdmi adapter willbe easy to make 4x3 videowall

Checkout the mview website:

http://www.mviewtech.com/index_en.asp

They have HEAPS of these modules, support for 3D, 5x1, 1x4, 6x1 and more (But cost up to $10K...)
I checked out this and they can stack/cascade onto each other:

Both the MV103HDP pro and the MV103-HDVE Pro have cascade function according to the specs.
For video walls they are better than matrox because you can manage more than 2 modules per computer.
I checked the price on the MV103-HDVE Pro and its around AUD $350.

EDIT: I just saw the MAX resolution for ATI eyefinity 3x3 (Which I assume is out of a SINGLE port) is 1280x1024 per sceen. 3x1280x1024x3 @60Hz so this would be the max res in a video wall

I agree, i had 2x dp digital se versions and a digital edition (DVI) hooked up to a 7970, but was limited to 1280x1024 per screen in a 3x3 setup. I know this is because of the DVI matrox, but powerdesk will NOT support more than 2 and they need to be the same for custom resolutions and bezel compensation.

http://www.matrox.com/graphics/en/produ ... iple_gxms/

But yeah, if the drivers are installed you can use as many matrox TH2G modules as you want and just set the resolution in windows (As windows detects them, no custom resolutions)

Anyway im gonna try this again with the mview unit for the DVI, the matrox digital se for the mini dp and see what i can get, im hoping for 5040x 3150. At least this way I SHOULD get bezel compensation and down the track i'll buy 9x 40inch LED TVs.

PS: How did you get Dirt2 to work so smoothly on 15 high res screens? My Sapphire 6Gb Vapor-X oc (1100mhz) card seems to struggle above 4000x1800 (On different games) but was wondering is softTH optimised for nvidia/cuda? I read somewhere it wasn't.
