I think it´s ATI time for us :)

Anyway I´ll wait some time to see if it´s any response to Eyefinity from nvidia

CUDA was important for me because SoftTh, so it doesn´t worth anything for me now, but NVIDIA has a lot of game licenses, with many games optimized for their gpus (physx, even if I don´t like it, better to have than not), so between ATI and NVIDI, in same terms and features, I´d prefer nvidia

Also, it would be awesome that if nvidia releases something similar to Eyefinity, to combine it with their stereo tech for 3D 120Hz monitors

"We also asked AMD if the EyeFinity tech could cope with monitors with different resolutions and sizes, and received an affirmative"

I wonder if they mean ingame also.

I think 3 widescreens are kind of too wide and take too much space, but a 1920x1200 widescreen in the middle and 2 1600x1200 would rock if it works correctly

This new card sounds interesting. I do wonder if 1 card will do the job tho. I mean handling 6 monitors with 2gb graph mem and just the gpu itself handling 6 displays hmm.

Because crossfire is out of the question for me since the motherboard wont support it. But then again don't you think Nvidia will soon come with a answer to this card and then it will prolly 10x better :P.

I mean the surround gaming community have grown a lot so I am guessing they already have something secretly stashed away hehe :)

the 6 displays has to be on a crossfire because the 3 is what the tech supports and the connecters are only 5 on the back of the card.

nvidia is either scratching their heads in shock of what amd/ati has done or they have very good spys and have come up with their own tech to rival eyefinity tech which would be good for nvidia guru's but sort of copy cat. O well ive always been a supporter of ati/amd and the 9800gtx right now is the first nvidia ive had and the only thing wrong with them is the damn drivers!
