That's where all me posts went! Well that answers why the "AA-who-must-not-be-named" didn't work as well as it should have, if it existed in the first place.

MLAA still works well and is not gone. Only the amd MLAA tool (used to put MLAA on screenshots) are gone. :)

Here's a modded GTA4 with MLAA:

Taken from here

Gothic 4 lacks ingame AA, so here is a nice shot when MLAA is applied on PCgameshardware.de:

I'm trying to be overly dramatic!

MLAA sucks at eyefinity resolutions. Slower than 4xSSAA in New vegas at 5760x1200. My guess is that it gobbles up memory, since on lower resolutions it seems to be "free" AA. Also sucks with small text.

Thanks! :) I have been hoping to hear more about it in eyefinity resolutions. Here's [H] review on it and it seems that it has more performance hit in higher resolutions there too:

Has anyone confirmed the new situation on possible connections yet?

Seems you need either monitors with support for daisy chaining, or there will be a break out box / hub that will be released mid/late 2011 with an estimated price of $150.

Dell has a mini-DP to 3 DVI monitor hub already out but it looks like its only SL-DVI that supports up to 3840x1024

Fudzilla claims that the 6970 has 2 Gb of memory. That should help in Eyefinity resolutions.

I like the sound of that. I wont buy a new card without AT LEAST 2GB of VRAM per GPU.

Have a 5970. If the 6990 has 4gb (2 per core) it is mine. Want to play metro on high dx11 with 50 frames instead of normal dx10 at 50-55. If it does that it will be great for 5040x1050.

Also crysis at 45-50 frames instead of 30-35 frames.
