The reasoning being is that a lot of people may want to buy e-IPS monitors since they offer excellent color reproductions (worse only than non-e-IPS monitors afaik) but they are significantly cheaper. Anyway once I can get over the hurdle that the biggest e-ips monitor available now is only 1080p, I may get those and take the huge savings over the S-IPS. |

The HP LA2205WG is a recent release, it is a native 1680x1050 and has a displayport connection. Anyone have any thoughts if it will work? |
