 Post subject: Short version of problem

After reformatting my hard drive and installing windows, what was once working just fine, no longer is. The two monitors that I have plugged in thru HDMI has a 1" deadspace border going around my screen. The monitor that I have plugged into my mini diplay port fills the screen completly. This same configuration was working just fine before I installed a fresh copy of windows. I'm at a loss. See the full story in previous thread.
