looks fine! But why would you buy two 7850 instead of One 7970ghz Edition? or a gtx680? btw |

I echo Haldi's comments, 7970 over 2x7850, your have a lot less issues with any games that dont support the CFX, and of cause CFX only works in full screen, so any windowed applications only have the power of 1 card, not 2. |

Agreed. Get a 7970 instead. Crossfire is a very driver dependent technology and combining that with Eyefinity can give you headaches. It would be worth it if you were to get something like 2 7970s or 2 7950s of course (like me, I wanted the extra power). |

You can also go with a GTX 680. Its more expensive but the drivers of nvidia are better then AMD and the GTX 680 is a little bit better then the HD 7970 when i look to the benchmarks and its less power consumption. |

7970ghz Edition Most of the time outpowers a gtx680... And you have 1gb more vram... Not Like that would matter! the question is more. Do you prefer Surround or Eyefinity. i reccomend AussieTimmes Red Vs Green Vs Blue article for more Infos. |

Actually I do like the 7970 better...I was trying to compare the 7970 and the 680 but I don't know Nvidia cards.. Also can I run a 7970 and one of my 7850 in crossfire. |

no. Only 7970 and 7950 in Crossfire! Wouldn't be wise to run 7970 and 7850 in crossfire The Power difference is way to huge, AFR woul make it a horrible framerate! (Well yeah okay, you COULD theoretically with Lucid Virtue... ) |
