Irbin,

How did you do that? In the Nvidia Control Panel there is a "Change flat panel scaling" screen. I set it to "Do not scale" but it made no difference. It says that setting is for when you are using a resolution that's lower than the screen's native resolution.

"Change flat panel scaling"

This works only for me in 4320 x 900 and the image are best.. in 5040x1050 the problem is the same.

the Nvidia control panel say that the native resolution of the monitor (Matrox Triplehead) is 3840 x 1024 ...

Mine too (says native is 3840x1024) . That's a bit strange. I think I'll fiddle with custom resolutions again. I did that a awhile back and mucked things up enough to have to reinstall the Matrox. But I think it's my only hope to not have the bottom few rows pushed off the screen.

This is the response from Matrox.....

Hi

The triple wide mode 3x1680x1050 is outputted at a refresh rate of 57Hz.
This is the limitation of the dual-link DVI connection and cannot be exceeded.

It is very likely that your monitors are having problems syncing to that lower refresh rate and thus showing image distortion.
This also explains why everything functions fine at 1440x900@60Hz, since the signal is at the standard 60Hz refresh rate.

Unfortunately there isn’t much we can do about this.
Regards,

If my monitors work in 1680x1050@57 one to one why dont work in 5040x1050 when switch x3

I dont understand...
