Obviously, nvidia cards (GeForce 8, 9 and GT200) since afaik that's still the only hardware capable of outputting 5040x1050@57Hz ;) I guess the 'distortion threshold' being 68, 76 or any number of pixels totally depends on your monitors though.

I believe it is based on your resolution. When I am on 5040x1050 on my 260gtx the most I can get is around 70. When it goes to 4320x900 I can bump it higher than 130 without issue. Totally dependant on bandwidth imo

I'm currently at 92 pixels and have no issues of distortion or black lines anywhere they are not suppose to be.

Same problem here, only on the left monitor at 120px

5040x1050@57hz

260gtx

Chr!st.......... I wish I had seen this post before fronting up the cash and buying this piece of junk.......... sure, it can do 5040x1024 but they should be a disclaimer out that the trade off is the screwey bezel management on the left monitor!! This has been a colossal waste of my time and money!!
