I am about to pull the trigger on a new computer with the TH2G (still evaluating monitors with he help of this site)

I am looking to do my main purchase, which will be the system, the TH2G, and 3 monitors. I have chosen the GTX285 as my Video card.

Now over the next year I plan on adding a 4th monitor. My question is this, since the 285 has two DVI ports on it can I run TH2G on one port and say run a higher resolution (and possible Hz rate) monitor off the other port?

Rational being if a game does not support triple-wide, I can play it on the other monitor, i was planning on setting it up in the inverse "t".

thanks, I was thinking it was possible.

Can you have a browser in the top screen while gaming? or does it blank when you do a game?

There fine for me. There are my first TN panels and the reduced viewing angles are apparent. Though with my set up with the monitors angled in your pretty much looking at the monitors head on so its fine. I only do general desktop/internet and games so I am not really that sensitive to different monitors and colour reproduction that much. I got them new from an outlet store for half the Dell retail price, so I am very happy with them :D

What we're saying is that you can still see the display on the 4th monitor while the triple monitors are on full screen. The mouse can't scroll over to the 4th monitor while gaming.

your setups look great! I am currently play alot of FSX and wanted this setup (inverse T) so I could have fsx in triple wide screen and have FS commander (navigation) on the top screen. My question is are you saying i could have both but If I wanted to change something on my fs commander screen I would have to come out of fsx on the triple?

Cheers
