Hope this forum is still kicking

So i got a Matrox Triplehead. Loving it so far. Except for one thing. I'm not sure how many native mac users frequent this forum but I am pulling my hair out trying to get this to work. The new firm ware now supports 3x1440x900. I've tested this and it runs beautifully on xp. But I've built a hackintosh. The 3 displays all show up but for standard resolutions just no widescreen resolutions. So while I might be close, everything is just a bit stretched.

Its not disorienting, i'd just like the display to be a bit closer. I've tried a couple of things:

Used and updated the firmware for the Matrox
Updated the Mac software for the Matrox control panel
Used SwitchResX to input a custom resolution (used Powerstrip in XP to get the res timings, frequency, etc)

No luck. Don't know if this is something I just got to live with or what. Again i've run the 9500gt with no problems in XP with 3x1440x900

Currently run:
i7 Core 2.66
12 GB ram
9500gt (primary)
2 BENQ 24WP (24")
1 Dell 2405WFP (24")

*all monitors have a native res of 1920 x 1200. I run at 1440 x 900 because its the next closest 16:10 ratio.
