Hello All,
in our website,http://www.mviewtech.com/en/product.asp?classid=7&id=90
we list that we can support the resolution ,but some resolution that need to custom and order at 10 pcs.but somebody doubt our product that can sopport 120hz resolution. so we open this resolution for our product that want to test these 120Hz resolution. we custom lot of resolutions, for example,4096x768,6144x768(cascade mode),4096*1200 50/60hz 4096x1080 50/60Hz and most resolution that support 50hz.

for this special version, the 3072x768 120Hz (3xstandard timing (1024X768 120Hz)>330Mhz so we must use Flexview technology)that we need to change firmware and FPGA code.
if you only want to test 120Hz you can order 1(only) Pcs that low price list at dhgate, but please send email to our company that your order number . we can send 120hz version for you.
Best Regards!
Mviewtech

I apologize in the delay in purchase. I just processed the purchase tonight. What email contact should I use to request the 120hz resolution options?

My assumption is that 3840x720 120hz is not an option because of the bandwidth limitations of Dual-Link DVI? Would be setting a resolution of 3840x720 with 16 bit color at 120hz an option to address the cable bandwidth limitations? While 3840x720@120hz would be useful to me as an option, it's not a requirement for my purchase. The only 120hz resolutions I truly require are 1600x600, 2048x768, 2560x720, 2400x600 and 3072x768.

Is the box end-user programmable? Would this be something I could edit resolutions for via the RS232 port on the box?

Thanks again for allowing this option to be available in single purchase quantity with 120hz options. There is nothing else out on the market available to consumers that allows this.

I both emailed and replied to the thread, but got no answer as to the 120hz version is the one shipped? DHGate updated status as shipped, so I hope you got the information in time?

I finally received an email from sales Friday (July 22), but by then the MV103 box had already arrived from China. So, it takes them from July 11 to July 22 to answer an email? I find it a bit odd that shipment from China occurs faster than customer service via email for the product. The box does not see the resolutions I requested by default, but setting custom resolution within the NVIDIA control panel allows those resolutions at 120hz. So it works, but some games don't see the custom resolution. I'm wondering if I can't merely edit the display inf file to make it so they see those resolutions by default. I can confirm NVIDIA 3D Vision works with the box though.
